Francis V. Lorenzo - Senior Vice President of Investment Banking

Mr. Lorenzo brings more than 24 years experience in the Capital Markets and financial services industry.  In 2002 he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of OTC Solutions, LLC, a specialized corporate advisory firm that assisted micro cap companies trading in the Over-the-Counter sector with capital formation, public and private equity financing and strategic business development.  In 1995, he formed the Loren Investment Group, which focused on counseling companies seeking to go public through the reverse-merger process, as well as advising companies requiring capital necessary to remain compliant with the various trading exchanges’ continued listing requirements. He began his career in 1986 as an arbitrage assistant at Speer, Leeds & Kellogg/Investors, Inc., advancing to serve as an arbitrage trader in the XMI Major Market Index (futures and options) on the American Stock Exchange.  From 2004 until 2007 Frank served on the Board of Directors as Secretary and Director of Investor Relations at Mobiform Software, Inc., a pioneer of emerging XML-based graphics technology for web and software developers. Lorenzo is a graduate of the University of Colorado in 1984, where he received a BA degree in Economics and Political Science.
