Vincent P. Pipia - Capital Markets Department. In addition to Capital Markets, Mr. Pipia developes and implements investment themes and strategies for American Capital Partners. Prior to joining American Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Pipia was with the Research Department at Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC., and Senior Vice President of Institutional Research at HD Brous & Co., Inc. Both were boutique firms where he built the institutional platform and created their institutional research products. Mr. Pipia began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick, where he spent 8 years in Corporate Finance working with large multi-national, multi-billion dollar corporations on transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, financings and reorganizations. Mr. Pipia is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  He completed his undergraduate education at Fordham University with a double major in public accounting and finance.
